REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We aim to provide transparent and fair cancellation policies to maintain academic standards and quality.

1. Course Fee Refunds

Refunds are allowed only under the following conditions:

a. Before Course Start Date

• 75% refund if requested 7 days before the course start date.

• 50% refund if requested 3–6 days before.

• No refund for requests within 48 hours of course commencement.

b. After Course Has Started

• No refunds once the course or workshop has begun.

• No refunds for partial attendance or missed sessions.

2. Workshop/Event Refunds

For workshops, short courses, or events:

• 50% refund before 5 days

• No refund within 5 days of the event

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Registration fees

• Online course access

• Study materials (digital or physical)

• Certificates

• One-day workshops

4. Cancellation by IAHS / ARISE PMTI

If we cancel an event due to:

• Low enrollment

• Instructor emergency

• Unavoidable circumstances

Participants may choose:

• Full refund, or

• Transfer to the next available batch

5. Refund Process

• All refunds take 7–14 working days.

• Processing fees (if any) may be deducted.
