What It Is
What You Learn

Our virtual courses provide theoretical insights, while our hands-on training guides you on the safe application of electrical currents, thermal energy, sound waves, and laser light for effective therapeutic practices.

Exercise Therapy Matters

Exercise therapy enhances strength, improves mobility, and cultivates confident clinicians.

“Welcome to Exercise Therapy. This subject teaches you how to use movement, positioning and structured exercise to restore function, reduce pain and improve independence.

Over the year you’ll learn the scientific principles behind muscle training, joint mobilization, PNF, hydrotherapy, gait retraining and much more — and you’ll spend most of your time doing, not just listening. Expect hands-on labs, daily practice on partners, and short case presentations. By the end you should be able to assess a patient, choose safe exercises, progress them logically and write clear treatment plans. Treat this like a muscle-skill course: practice often, reflect on each session, and log your skills.”
